How to Track Contract Amounts in QuickBooks?

Yes, there is a place where I can enter amounts so that we can track what we are earning against the contract. We are happy to help you. QuickBooks refers to entering contract amounts as Progressive Invoicing. To do that so you have to press F1 button so that Help tab could open. Now, search for Progress/Progressive Invoicing for additional information. You can turn on this feature in your account by:

  • Click on Preferences.
  • Choose Jobs & Estimates.
  • Select Company Preferences.
